I know and generally agree with the principle. But this example is so innocent and nonplussed imo. Dumb as fvck unnecessary spam worthy image of ADP in the shirt of the team we can't stand, and the rep reaction is calling it $#@!? Not exactly stop the presses level of event or malicious intent.

Kinda too litteral interpretation of the rule maybe to equate it to level of ban worthy like in most previous cases. Unless Marc truly felt insulted, which I doubt. Just having his unnecessary tit for tat moment it seems.

I agree that rules are rules, but mods should also understand that Del Piero is Del Piero, if anyone deserved auto-ban it's Marc not those who had a natural reaction to his idiocy. This clearly is a case where natural law should prevail over positive law.
