When did the forum moderation became such an ass?

Some guy told how he wishes that Marotta would bring Verratti, i replied he would bring Thiago Motta instead then i got thread banned. But most pathetic thing is, it happened after request of another member.

''This warrant a thread ban '' and it happened in minutes. I can't even read the posts, what a load of shit. If i break rules give 4 points, don't be such a north korea wannabe ass.

If thats all that happend, then indeeds thats a total BS call. No need to become too triggerhappy and too subjective/loose with thread bans, certaintly not over one post.

No. This is exactly what needs to be done, when people see a way in to spew shit, because they got a personal agenda.
Who decides who has a personal agenda and what constitutes for one? Thinking Marotta can get is Verratti is as ridicolous is as mentionning Thiago Motta, who litterally can be gotten any second because he is leaving PSG for sure.

Since you always love to share your pocket psychology, I recommend you to look at the threads since the news on Vidal broke out.

It is a mess, but what else is it supposed to be in a day like this? Good to take direct action when needed, but mentionning Thiago Motta alone getting you a thread ban seems way too trigger happy for the sake of it.

I think we've slowly become more consistent in our interpretation of the rules over the last year or so. Unfortunately that means more members are getting infractions, thread bans, etc. However, like all things on an internet forum, these measures are only temporary. I'm not aware of your particular case Turk, but I can assure you that in a few days you will most likely regain access to the thread. In the meantime, I encourage you to interact in our many other football related threads.

FYI, the thread ban is a tool used to avoid giving infractions when members are obviously upset and likely to keep posting and end up with a ban. You know for days like today. Remember all the thread bans we dolled out this season for the Conte Thread (which we ended up closing)? Imagine if we had just given infractions instead.

Since you won't mention names I will go ahead and say that it was my post questioning your outrageous and ridiculous (standard Turk) comments. It's like nails on a chalkboard and its from the same members over and over again. Like clockwork. I knew as soon as I saw the Vidal rumors who would be the standout petty posting members and knew exactly what thread to find them.

That same ass of a moderation team banned me from threads all the time and what happened? I learned my lesson. I toned it down. Grow up or find a new forum.

You should. It would clean up hundreds of senseless knee-jerking posts. People (me included) would learn a hell of a lot faster, that's for damn sure.

For how long shall I be exiled from Marotta's thread?
I dont even have what to criticise this year, he is doing fine apart from the Zaza deal, the thread needs my presence!
