All the times Israel really harmed the country was wither because Arafat declared war against them (from Lebanese grounds) or because Nasralla followed Arafat's steps.

So, they declared war on Lebanon in 1982 just for Arafat and they did the same last summer just for Nasrallah, this is absolutely ridiculous. If Israel hasn't yet decided to really hurt Lebanon, so that certainly related to the fact that Lebanon isn't that dangerous when compared to the other countries surrounding Israel. I'm not saying that they are crappy devils but there is a history that you can check.

it doesn't make any sense in saying "I don't hate Jews but I don't want them to have a country" - it would be like saying ""I don't hate French people but I want France destroyed". As for anti zionist Jews: (1) it's actually possible to hate your own kind (2) religiously, some believe a Jewish country should be when the messiah comes, it's a minority of really religious jews, so that's not relevant.

Who is fighting Israel? Lebanon hasn't entered a war against Israel yet but Israel was the aggressor and the Lebanese national resistance was the one who defended its homeland. You are talking about yourself not about the Lebanese, when the Lebanese demonstrate against the existance of the Syrian army in Lebanon and for Hariri's death, this doesn't mean that they want to make peace with all their neighbours including Israel.

Forget about the word Arab. What is the connection between you and the arab? Ironically, you think that all the things apply on you also apply on all the Lebanese.

Yeah, you live in the USA, but this isn't the point. The point here is that you has grown up with the same idea and you're trying to justify this idea. The whole issue started years and years before the foundation of the previously mentioned channels. It is inside your head, people.

By the way, I have 8 Lebanese friends, half of them are Christians. None of them have ever had the same ideology like yours. Accordingly, I can say that I'm talking on behalf of them not just representing my own viewpoint. You can say that, you as well, most of your friends are Lebanese, but I think that they either live in the USA or you know them from chatting on the internet. I'm not saying that the Lebanese who live away from their homeland don't comprehend what is happening in Lebanon, certainly they aren't living inside the main event though.

How can I know more about the USA and its problem more than you? Of course, you're supposed to know more. Not just because I have some American channels or I watch some American programmes I know the same facts, how people think, and what they are suffering. What on earth are you talking about? They want to live in peace!!! Haven't you watched what is happening daily to the Palestinians in both the West bank and in Gaza Strip? Haven't you heard about what are the Israeli troops doing to the Aska Mosque? Haven't you heard about the racism everywhere in this illegal country against the Arabs and the Sephardic Jews? How could a country, that needs peace, try as hard as they can to have all weapons of mass destruction and to become a nuclear power in a region free from such types of weapons?
