Seems like the opppositions are starting to find themselves not in the same road.

Nabih Berri (Parliament Presidency Leader) responded to Slayman Franjeyye (Pro syrian) to stop his threats by saying that they'll cut the airport road after new year and asking him to try to help with solutions instead of pushing the problem down than It's already.

It's not the first time some leaders from the opposition are replying to each-others.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Latest facts

1-Hezbolla are completely lost since syrian president Bashar Assad has been asking Olmert and Bush for negotiation and mostly a peace talk between Syria and Israel. Olmert then stated that he has some conditions If syria are really looking for peace.

-Stop financing Hezzbollah and Hamas in Palestine.
-Stop Interfering in the Lebanese situation and leave them alone.
-Stop financing some Iraqi's terrorist group.

and of course other more than these, but these are the main points. Few days ago syrian newspaper called (Teshriin) stated that Bashar is willing and ready to listen to all these conditions that Israel and States will be putting for him.

This will leave Hezbollah out with no sponsor, as all money and arms are entering through syria. I wonder how Nasrallah is feeling at this moment.

2-It's becoming more obvious that what Hezbollah are now trying to do in Lebanon is protecting Syria from the International Trial and nothing more.

3-Nabih Berre is trying to find any solution to stay away from the oppostion leaders from Nasrallah to Aoun. He pretty much knows what these two are going for and what they're heading to...is a wall. But then again you can't blame him, he'll be shot down in few moments If he will ever think of leaving the oppositions.

I didn't get your point Reb...
My point briefly is:

Media prefers to refer to Hezbollah as extremists to Islam who don't accept others just because of their religion...

We see here a group of children who celebrate the same day with their Christian brothers, and with Lebanese flag on their cheeks, they can tell everybody that they are Lebanese just like others...

You may tell me that it is just a picture, and we can't generalize the idea of it on the whole people, but I think that pic is just an example for the most honest people of Lebanon, CHILDREN...or at least, I like to see it that way:D

This tradition has been since long time in Lebanon. Even before Hezbollah were created. Muslim ppl in Lebanon do celebrate Christmas just like Christian brothers.... Not to also forget that Hezbollah are OBLIGED to teach their students the same way the prev generation were taught.

But good post anyway.

So? People should be educated enough to look past that nonsense and look at everyone's own point of view. Hell, even I'm an American and can see some sense in the Hezbollah mindset, unlike that of the true extremists in this world such as Al Qaeda. They don't have any point whatsoever other than kill Western people (no matter what anybody says).

Just like Hamas and the IDF... two nonsensical organizations with imbecilic ideologies who might as well destroy each other.

I dont see Hezbolla as extreemists and I find it rediculous that everything changed all of a sudden. Where was the government when southern leabanon had nobody to protect it? and I dont mean the past year but over the years. Hezbolla alone managed to get some of what is rightly lebanon's back. Now they are left high and dry because they asked for a fair government.

Lets stop with the Hezbolla alone managed to get Israel out in the southern Lebanon. Israel in couple of hours can erase something called Lebanon in a map.

We all saw what happened during the war, how many innocent children women and men we've lost comparing to what they've lost, we all saw how much the country now is getting deeper in "Debts". We all saw what we're capable of during a war.

Hezbollah NEVER took the governments's permission or even let them know about the kidnapping they'll make, that caused the war.

Who are they??? Who are they to make a war whenever they feel like??? Who are they to let all these innocent children and women die? and Yes, they're the ones who killed them not Israeli. Infact they ASKED Israeli's to kill these innocent.

And finally after the war finished they call our prime minister Sanyoura names that ears would never want to hear them, why??? just because he sat down with Condoliza Rice...Strongest woman in the world. Where infact their syrian are staying on their knees begging the States and Israel to make peace.

Who's the cheater here?

A man who cried all over the world and asked for the war to be stopped, and created the 1701. and then they make fun of his tears. what kind of people are these?

or a Hezbolla's brother in financing meeting with Israeli's beggin them for peace and asking the states to play role in this..

Not to mention that Hezbolla would be OVER when Israel and Syria will be ready to make peace.

Who's the cheater here? do the math Hezbolla supporters.

Andy, the IDF is an army of a democratic country like the United States Army (and also the Lebanon Army if all went well btw and also possibly Abu Mazen and his police). Hezbollah, Al Qaeda and Hamas are crazy terrorist organizations. That's the difference.

    Azzurri7, that was a very good post.+rep

Here is a picture which was taken afew days ago by Reuters in one of the schools supervised by Hezbollah:

I think that's a proof that the future of Lebanon is much more prosperous than we thought...
Why would you assume those children are Christians? Because of the Santa Claus hats? Many Christians (if not all) condemn Santa Claus and the culture surrounding him because it distracts people from what Christmas is really about: Jesus Christ.

The pope has, more than once, urged Christians to ban Santa Claus.

How pathetic can this Manar channel be. They keep on accusing 14march leaders working for the Israeli's. Seriously what kind of channel is that??? What kind of a work is that?? It seems that Hezbolla are no more existing for the Israeli's but for the Lebanese civilians.

Manar tv channel is simply the worst channel i've witnessed.
