Cuz I play football, and I have never been streching out. But in the last two months I ahve been streching out regulary and I am much much more flexible now. And one of my biggest questions is as follows: The day after I have streched out, feels my muscles allitle "hard", but when I have had a workout I'm fine and my muscles is flexible again. Is that normal that you're muscles will be "harder" the day afterwards?? With harder I don't mean that I'm all stiff or something but my muscles is not as flexible as when I am warmed up....
