That's a good point.

But I rather have one world class player the end of the transfer period, instead of 2 or 3 average players this week.

I'm maybe being a tad otimistic but in the third team, replace Diego with Almiron and I think that will be quite close to what we will see.

Depends if you want a direct replacement for Trez ie Huntelaar or just an all round very good striker.

I am happy to see a straight replacement for Trez and so I want a poacher and I think Hunter is the best available.

I haven't seen a huge amount of Diego Milito but there are other strikers I would prefer. For instance Kanoute, Quagliarella, Bianchi, Gila. That said for the right price, Diego Milito may be a better option.

As a direct replacement, Diego Milito would be the perfect choice for us and he is better than Huntelaar. The man is at his peak now, he is strong, consistent, very dynamic, deadly header and he is the second goalscorer in La Liga so far.

On the other hand according to what I've watched of Huntelaar, he is a good striker but he is much useless outside the box. He's played only on the Dutch league which is far weaker than La Liga. And to be honest, I think he is a bit over-rated on our forum.
