ALFIO

I would agree with that post although I don't think anyone has the motor to go a full season anyways. D'Agostino would not be a 1 player midfield solution as I would think a player like Gilberto Silva, M. Diarra, or A. Diarra would be.

Now I am not a beleiver that creativity wins football games and I also don't think that we should sacrifice having two lock down central midfielders in the middle.
However, D'Agostino plays a smart game, his high quality defensive coverage goes highly unnoticed and his passing is very superb. If we were to pick him up and place him alongside a destroyer... we may be set for a long time. IMO D'Agostino is someone who can start now and I agree that he will need a highly defensive motor type player next to him.

Now I will sit back and wait for Sissoko comments.

Barzagli, Ribery, Rosina.... I am in heaven. Realistic... maybe if we had Moggi. Although I must admit, Ribery seems like he is just all about the money. I would take Rosina over him on Juventus on that note. But, I do think Ribery is going to be one of the best players in the world soon.

Mexes is a good defender and I would like to see him next to Barzagli, but I think after you signed Rosina, Barzagli, Ribery and Sissoko there may not be any room. I am a big fan of Dainelli. He has been a defensive leader in Serie A for a long time and would be the perfect compliment to Barzagli.

I think Anelka is awesome. But, I haven't heard anything about him going to Juventus.

I also will greatly miss Camoranesi if your line up becomes reality.

I like it from the midfield forward. I really hope we don't put sali at Rb and Grygera at Cb though. Those guys will get torn apart in A.
Me as well. I want Grygera as a right back and Salih as a substitute to either Grygera or a regular right midfielder. But, I doubt we'll sign two centre backs.

I don't know if Grygera is good enough for a CB but overall it's a very good squad for the top-4 :)

Supposedly juve r thinking of putting in a 6-10 million quid for nic anelka heard about it twice in the last 2 weeks, with all respect to bolton anelka should be with a bigger team!! and now that big sam has left watch for bolton to go down hill
p.s That would be a great buy for a player who is relatively stll young and more mature now.

Skysports.com understands Stephen Appiah could be in line for a return to Juventus.

The Italian giants are weighing up a swoop for the Ghanaian midfielder as they prepare for life back in Serie A next season.

Appiah looks set to leave Fenerbahce in the summer as he seeks a new challenge.

The dynamic midfielder spent two seasons at Juventus before making the move to Fenerbahce in 2005 and he is still highly-regarded in Turin.

Juve boss Didier Deschamps is keen to bolster his midfield options next season and he is believed to be a big fan of Appiah.

It is believed Appiah's representatives have travelled to Turin to hold talks with Juve officials and if negotiations are successful the African could make a return to the Bianconeri.
