I thought in the game Vs. Barca, Robinho really showed a lot of defensive skill. It was just one game, but I must assume he would be able to continue that at our club. Ribery is one of our best options right now.

Robinho is far too slight for such a role imho. Plus he has been a SS his entire carer, drifting out to wide forward was natural, but tracking back to defend will take a lo away from his attacking prowess.

Juve have changed their system in the past many a time. The core fact is hard work and organisation not 433, 442, 451 whatever.

We won the Cl using 433, we dominated with zidane in a 4312,recently we have done well with 442

All systems have worked. What we have to ensure is that we can defend, with good defenders, work hard and provide an organise team. From there we must be able to attack. The formation is irrelevant, as long as we have a compotant back 4 and a holding midfielder.

Jesus fucking Christ, I used it as a comparison in defense of their offensive tactics which YOU said it doesn´t work. How does it not work then if they won more titles than us ? WTF are you talking about ? I choosed Juve for my club years ago and I choosed to defend them and love them in any situation and I will always do so. I don´t know what is your problem though. I don´t care if our playing style changes or not, I´m not supporting them because I´m crazy about sexy football, it´s about the club. tony your a fool, and because you refuse to change your opinion you will always be a fool. in football there is no such thing as a new idea, if we keep playing with the "same" system and always play with this "same" system teams will work us out and play to our weknesses as is happening with arsenal, they have always played flair football, but because of their lack of change they are now suffering for it because teams hustle them.

whether you want to believe it or not juventus have also changed their system over the years with lippi playing different to crap and dd playing differently to both of them. What a few people here are saying is next season is time for a change because our system and players will no longer fit that method of playing as a result of players we will more than likely purchase.

Tony i hope end bit wasnt aimed at me, as i have tried to be accepting and thought we were finally making progress.

No we have no Zidane, as we discussed earlier there arent many playmakers abouts.

Imho the future is the total midfielder who can attack and defend, Like Gerrard, Lampard and Sneijder (pushing the boat there.)

We havent in the las few years built it from the back, we merely smashed the ball up the pitch hoping trez/zlat could do something with it, that ISNT juve.

A total football Juve is not out of the question. and it can work. That is proven as well.
