there's a new player here that I really want Juve to sign him before any other European do it... Alex (MF from Internacional)... he was called for the Brazilian national team for the Road to WC matches and now for the friendly match against Portugal next Wednesday... he's like Diego... better we sign him now then he goes to an European team and we try to get him in 3 seasons in a higher price!

Inter eliminated last week Boca Juniors in Copa Sudamericana... take a look at his dribble in Figueroa (from Boca):

I saw his game tonight in the semi-finals of Copa Sudamericana against Chivas Guadalajara and they won in Mexico 2-0... he scored an amazing free-kick goal.. I don't have the video link! :(

Some highlights of Alex:
* Look at his goal in the 1:10 minute

Some goals he scored this season and interview:

I don't know if Rossi would be an good aquisition, don't get me wrong he is a very talented player and i like him a lot, but...i think Ranieri sees Giovinco has a SS and Rossi plays too in that position... So it's one or other, i don't why we should have both...

i'd love to see buonanotte come to juve. there's a very real possibility of river plate selling him seeing as their team is in a major crisis at the moment and will likely get relegated. the only question is what position he would play? at LM as giovinco's replacement?

some other players from south america:

a. fernandez - midfielder - 22 y.o. - river plate

p. ferrari - right back - 26 y.o. - river plate

léo - center back - 20 y.o. - gremio

anderson pico - left back - 20 y.o. - gremio

guilherme - striker - 20 y.o. - cruzeiro (27 goals in 55 appearances)
go to 4:30, top class goal

thiago heleno - center back - 20 y.o. - cruzeiro

dario bottinelli - midfielder - 21 y.o. - atlas CF

just wanted to throw in something about rakitic.

i just talked to a schalke fan and a friend of mine and he told me that rakitic is not really setting the world on fire ... my friend said that he is pretty mediocre and obviously seems to miss a partner like petric with whom he formed a great partnership ... without him he does nothing special, i was told.

so this is the opinion of someone that watches every schalke match.

Interesting..... and i've heard that lately he's not getting much playing time in the team.
