I'm not an Italy fan - don't remember things very detailed.

It came across as cocky - my bad. I misunderstood. I apologise.

PLEASE beat the Germans! I think we deserve to go through after tonight's Performance (with capital p)!!! God hates us - we need your help.
Graham - does the Bible have Satan's phone number?? :lazy:
You really deserve it more!I don't like Germany at all, though they play pretty well.we'll do our best,we never play to lose or even draw!
Team of winning.

Im sure Van nistrooy was actually offside when the ball was played from robben to him. Maybe im just blind though.. but they say the new offside rule is supossed to confuse the defenders less, but it confuses the goalkeppers more.
Actually, Robben passed the ball backwards and AFAIK you can't be offside of the ball is played away from goal. Can anyone confirm this?

Advocaat is just a shitty coach. He really is. He plays attractive football on occasion, but he cant keep peace among the players, he does stupid subsitions, he doenst know how to react to the change in tactics in czechs.

Cech was very overlooked. What about that save from the fierce long shot?!?

Well, in general, most NT coaches are shite, all the good ones earn top dollars (or punds, euros, yens, kronor, rubaljs, pesos, bolivanos, colones, afghanis, balboas, soles, guilderes, kunas, convertible marks, kroonis, forintas, kronur, latis, francs, litai, deneras, liri, dinars, tolars, kwanzas, birrs, nakfas, dalasi, cedis, kwachas, or the currency of your choice) in major clubs, NTs usually get the left-overs.

True. Its a crap rule for goalkeepers.

No indeed - it makes no sense at all!

But as it stands - the goal was valid fully according to UEFA's rules.
Yes, the goal should certainly stand, due to FIFA's stupid rules.

That's true. You can't be off-side if you're behind the ball.

It's ok, I know how you feel. I felt the same way when Bosnia drew with Denmark. I still hate those bloody Danes :sigh:

Yeah, but when two players behind the defenders are in front of the keeper they can pass the ball to eachother, if they pass the ball back, aways from goal. By the rules.

isn't the question wether Nistelrooy is offside before Robben passes? otherwise it would be really easy to score goals...or? :undecide:
