everything is very slow, and NATW is even worse

This has been going on for a week

I thought that the server we're on is supposed to be one of the fastest...well, it isn't !!!

Jesus why don't you try throwing in a couple of bucks to have the fastest server in the world? Marty is providing everything out of his own pocket to give us a free forum with no adds, which are more annoying BTW. The thread title is pretty much insulting, I don't like the forums running slow from time to time but come on, show some gratitude.

I'm sure Marty does his best, but it is annoying that I can't get into pages as I'm constantly getting timed out, and double posting croping up everywhere. It ends up I am bombed out of the forum and can't read posts never mind make any myself.

Of course it's annoying but there's no need to point fingers, besides there's a bug reports thread where you can post problems you experience with the forums. I'm sure Marty will sort it out when he can. This is a private site run by one guy who works on this forum a lot more then we all think, arcade, vbookie and especially the tracker for torrents.

Sorry, I wasn't meaning to point the finger at anyone. It's not Marty's fault the system is on the "go-slow". I went into the report bugs thread last Saturday, but I don't know if Marty has had time to have a look at the problem.

V, you must be in a whole different time zone, because this site has been crashing and returning every 10 minutes this whole past week. When it wasn't down it was extremely slow; everyone was double posting.

Not that I recall.. Though before, like 5 months ago, with my previous ISP I had trouble opening the site all the time. I had to connect-disconnect like 15 times in a row to open the site and then it would work normally. Since I changed from that ISP I don't have that problem anymore at all. ISP's can casue problems just as much as the host server.
