Spain bailing out Serie A and teaching them what to do 
You can place the cameras at any angle you want and make every little adjustments you want but if the stadiums continues to be shitty and empty, people wont tune in.

EPL games are at the best times for Indian viewers. Nothing goes past 1am, most are much earlier. Time for Italy to capitalise on the Asian markets really. The other day I saw a (crappy) fake Juventus jersey for sale on the streets. That's a big achievement, considering I've only ever seen the Spanish giants and EPL ones before. PSG ones are also popular now.

I discussed a lot with people about Serie A vs La Liga attendance. I said both are same, Spain is sometimes even worse, but they are smarter with camera shots. They don't believe, I put the facts in and they still don't believe. losers...
Will be a good method for Serie A aswell have to be said.
For me most entertaining matches in the sense of 'filled stadiums/ambiance are:
- Juventus
- Inter (have to be said, close to the field and biggest attendance in Serie A, lowest ring is always 80-90+% full)
- Atalanta (always good filled, ugly stadium tho, but they are renovating it at the moment if i'm right)
- Udinese (new stadio friuli is great for them)
- Cagliari (their temporary stadium is better than most in Serie A and costed 3M
)Decent are Sampdoria, Toro and Genoa, but that is mostly because of their good core of ultras.
SPAL/Crotone are too small.
I hope Frosinone will come back in A. The team is not Serie A worthy but they have a good new stadium.

I hope for several years that Chievo will relegate to Serie B. They are the most colourless team in the competition. Ugliest stadium, ugly players (no creativity/no flair) and one of the most boring football.

Italian football will not change unless they host an international competition like world cup or eu cup.
Only then they'll remake 4-5 stadiums.
By the way english stadiums are relatively smalls taking big teams off the pitch.
Smaller but always full.
They need new smaller stadium and they need to change price policy.
Nowdays they're full only when playing against big teams and mostly because guest fans tend to buy every leftover.
Another problem for attendance beside the place and the price is that 90% of fans nowdays don't root only for their team.
They have their local team and then Juventus-Inter-Milan-Napoli so there are few hot fans that attend regularly.
Some teams has too little fan base like Sassuolo that player in Reggio Emilia. It has a decent stadium but no fans to fill it.
My list of good are:
Juventus
Inter
Milan
Atalanta
Fiorentina
Cagliari
Genoa
Samp
Benevento
Bad ones
Udinese (good new stadium but always empty the whole thing is covered by rainbow seats)
Roma and Lazio they have always half or more than half empty stadio. Attendance totally sucking
Verona/Chievo old stadium which is totally crap. With the lowest zone emptied for the upper part.
Napoli low attendance and crappy structure
A world cup would be perfect, but I can't see it happening with al the money the Arab countries are giving. For now the only teams are building a new stadium are Cagliari and Atalanta. Roma doesn't fucking progress with their plans and their municipality.
The reason Sassuolo has no fans, is because their fanbase is too small. Sassuolo is a local club and are now on highest level with money. They never had fans, and you can't expect they will get more in the next years. I prefer historical bigger clubs like Lecce, Bari etc. Have to be said that their stadiums are really really old and ugly.

The cheapest seasoncards are around 100-150 euro and most of the seats aren't more than 250 for a full season. I know by Bayern and some other clubs they have a policy that you need to attend at least ... percentage of all the home matches. It stimulate seasoncard holders to watch matches, or sell them for one match to another person.

Only the curvas are 10€, the tribunes are 35-50€ a seat which is on par with Bundesliga top club prices. And I am sure if more people start attending matches there will be a chain reaction and in the end people will come just for the atmosphere.
But I agree with you in the sense that ticket prices are only one angle, the stadiums(+infrastructure) themselves are another. And style of football discussion on TV needs to move away from referee obsession
