For those interested in Juve's net transfer expenditures over the years (@King of Kings IIRC you asked it the other day), along with general movements of salary for personnel, I took some time to find data for the last 4 season. Juve's site is a great place to get anything related to their financial dealings. For further details see the links below, where all transactions regarding trasfer deals are listed, along with many other info that some might find useful.

Based on those calculations try to predict how much we can spend in this mercato yet. Will be enough for an AM? (assume we got Siqueira on loan as LB).

On the previous page I posted net expenditure for this summer, based on Juventus' official statements and applying standard accounting practice and principles for determining in which financial year they will be accounted for. The fact that we brought Siqueira on loan will give us more room in search for by all desired competent attacking midfielder; if we went for Sandro for instance then mercato would practically be over. Based on net expenditure in the previous few seasons and having in mind forecasted increase of revenues for the season 2015/16 (Serie A television rights, CL market pool, new sponsors) I believe the club are yet to spend around 20-25m this summer.

to sum it up. Juventus is slowly growing having the upperhand in Italy but being a dwarf in Europe.
Solution?
-New shirt Deal away with Jeep and something that instead if 17 could give 35 or more
-Bigger stadio as we have no chance of increasing the revenew witha 39k capacity stadium +2k hospitality. Let's say to atleast 60k-65k
-Commercial. Selling more shirts abroad (unlikely with big names and good results in CL) and fighting fake in Italy with strict laws
-Moving to a healtier nation (Germany) or to a better league (EPL)
-Tax heaven like Fiat XD

It might be connected with the Exor loan we got a couple of years ago. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense. Some kind of contractual clause.
It's not like they've given us the loan for free !

We're paying them back that loan with interest.

Anyways, I see Exor using Juve's image as a marketing tool to their products (first new holland and now Jeep). To them Juve as a football club isn't too profitable for their group but playing in CL plus Juve's brand and image are a great way to market their products that can get an international exposure that they can't get anywhere else for a mere fraction of $$ that is been paid in other places.

By the way, clubs like Man City and PSG are clearly using clubs they own to brand certain important companies that their countries own (Etihad airways with City and QNB (biggest Bank in Qatar) in PSG.
