People wonder how Bayern has so much cash. You can see now why, their domestic opponents were in average, shit, throughout the last 20 years and their CL cash was immense, add to that purchasing power of their fans and you get the idea.

It's as if those millions and millions of euros are a magical surprise and weren't somehow accounted for in the budget in any way. €60M more to spend on players, yay!

The 32 clubs featuring in the 2012/13 UEFA Champions League group stage can anticipate a minimum €8.6m – and the team that goes on to win the trophy next spring could collect €37.4m, not counting the market pool share.
Each of the 32 sides involved in the group stage will collect a base fee of €8.6m. Performance bonuses will also see €1m paid for a win and €500,000 for a draw in the group phase.
The teams competing in the round of 16 can also expect to pick up €3.5m each, the quarter-finalists €3.9m and the semi-finalists €4.9m. The UEFA Champions League winners will receive €10.5m and the runners-up €6.5m.
Meanwhile, the winners of the 2012 UEFA Super Cup will earn €3m and the runners-up €2.2m.

Can you calculate how much did we earn?

edit: 20.5mln + 65mln from Market Pool = 85.5mln :notbad:

its 65mil including the pool, wich is quite gigantic considering we went out in the quarters.

I'm seriously surprised by the diffrence cause we were only 2 teams to start, and the only one to go to quarters.

On the other hand, at least 50 was allready incalculated in last years mercato. We projected a quarterfinal finish, we knew it was gonna be at least 2 italian teams up untill the groupstage.

as delpiero84 said, its allready spend. the projected sum in the mercato, and the increased sum, on continassa and tevez/ogbonna

And you guys well know the reason why we made so much money.Udinese dint make it to the grp stages hence we earned way more than expected.

Let me see if anyone is going to cheer for Milan in qualifiers. @Zacheryah are you going to be one of them ?

Two sides to that story. Continues fallouts of Italian clubs and you won't see us earning this much. The fact that we earned more than Bayern means Italian league still has certain appeal.

You wouldnt have to worry if we continously fare well in CL.You know making Quarters and Semis regularly. My point is we wouldnt have to worry about how Italian teams perform in Europe.Juve are the most hated club in Italy ,they'll be jealous of our success and you will automatically see an improvement from other teams as well.
