Guys, i wanted to ask 'cause wherever i searched, i couldn't find a clear answer(or anything actually) what in terms of $ would we get with a possible double? I know that the coppa ain't have any significant effect on our financial situation, but anyway... what to expect from the Scudetto prize money?

Hmm, I'm not certain, but we've received £50mil (or it may be euros, I'm not sure) for winning the league and qualifying for the CL, so I guess winning the Coppa would take that to around 60-65mil.
I could be completely off with that last bit though, so don't quote me!

I'm not sure you actually get any "prize" money for winning the Scudetto, you usually get an increase in merchandising, sponsorship and TV deals, although we always made most money from TV deals. Perhaps with the new system you get more TV money based on your position.

My mistake, thanks mate. I'm excited to see what will be our total revenue at the end of the season and especially this term as a winning side with cl football.

I have a hard time believing this. I don't think you would get 50 million of anything for winning the title. Even if you go all the way in the Champions League you don't get 50 million. I bet it's more like 5 million.

I am sure we get money from winning the league.

I remember when Atletico Madrid won Europa Leauge, and there was this article comparing the earnings. And they said that Sunderland for finishin 13th in the EPL earned more money than Atletico for winning EL.
Anyone?

Champions league prize money as of 2011:

Playoffs: €2,100,000
Group stage: €3,900,000
For each match in group stage: €550,000
Group match victory: €800,000
Group match draw: €400,000
Round of 16: €3,000,000
Quarter-finals: €3,300,000
Semi-finals: €4,200,000
Losing Finalist: €5,600,000
Winning the Final: €9,000,000

A large part of the distributed revenue from the UEFA Champions League is linked to the "market pool", the distribution of which is determined by the value of the television market in each country. For the 2010–11 season, Manchester United, who lost the final, earned nearly €53.2 million in total of which €27.3 million was prize money, compared with the €51.0 million earned by Barcelona, who won the tournament and was awarded with €30,7 million of prize money.

A chunk of TV money is awarded with more going to the teams that finished higher up the league in England and Scotland.

This was the EPL in 09/10:

Chelsea - £16,000,000 (WINNERS)
Manchester United - £15,200,000
Arsenal - £14,400,000
Totenham Hotspur - £13,600,000
Manchester City - £12,800,000
Aston Villa - £12,000,000
Liverpool - £11,200,000
Everton - £10,400,000
Birmingham - £9,600,000
Blackburn - £8,800,000
Stoke - £8,000,000
Fulham - £7,200,000
Sunderland - £6,400,000
Bolton - £5,600,000
Wolves - £4,800,000
Wigan - £4,000,000
West Ham - £3,200,000
Burnley - £2,400,000
Hull - £1,600,000
Portsmouth - £800,000

I imagine Serie A does something similar, though there may not be as much cash involved.

EL brings in very little cash, that's why teams don't care about it. It also has very low prestige compared to the old UEFA cup.

True. I believe reaching the round of 16 in CL brings more than winning the EL. The low prestige is also the reason for rumors ghosting around, that there will one big competition instead of two separate ones. I cannot imagine that though.

I have no doubt we get money for winning Serie A, but do you think it's anywhere near 50million pounds or euros like someone claimed above? I doubt it.
