Even an member (used to post on Goal.com too) :D, that forum is filled with trolls and RM fans though.

I really wonder what our budget is like, if it's around 30M then say bye bye to Higuain.

Also do we need to deduct Asamoah's half and Isla's half of this year too? Or are they part of last year's budget? I don't get the financial aspects, are we broke or doing well?
Are you the guy with the Marchisio avatar ? :D (what is your username there ?)

Yeah the forum is overpopulated with Madrid and Arsenal fans but the trolling is not as much as it is around here.lol

OT:In the article he says 30m + sales so i guess the budget would probably around as much as the same we had last year(Our net spend last year was around 30-35m).

We will probably renew the co-ownership for Isla for another year.

But still they could have been counted in last year's budget since I see the co-own in this case as a way to spread the payments.

This is when its hard to figure out. Does anyone know the details of the isla and asa deal? Was it supposed to be paid in installments? How do we only have 30 this year and we had more than 50 last?
Massively increased wage bill, continessa project loan, demands up front cash, and that we can keep overspending, we want to run break even this year

I think we need to account the fact that many players need to get a new contract soon and they need to grow financially -> higher wages.

Vidal, Marchisio, Lichtsteiner, Pirlo too maybe.

I just figured this shit out playing FIFA career mode.

Not convinced by the accuracy of this, but it can still give an idea of the general ranking so long as the compilers have been consistent in how they have calculated things.

Juve are 35th.

Aberdeen are 228th.

For both of them, though, I think the figure given as the average wage is significantly too high.

My thoughts also. I believe it's between 2-2.5M of euros.

In Aberdeen's case it looks like they have just lifted the total figure for wages from the club accounts (which includes all club employees, not just players) and divided it by the number of players.
