appiah and legrottaglie will also stay and probably for a long time.

iuliano should go, i agree. montero i think should stay as a back up, something like our 5 cb.

as for birindelli? why do you people get on his back so much? where else would you find a substitute who wouldnt mind sitting on the bench and when played produce a decent performance? evra and the likes? you think they will come and waste themselves here? bollocks.

How do you guys feel about Montero coaching at Juve after he retires?

Just imagine a whole army of young defenders indoctrinated with the idea of Uruguayan steel... I would sooner forfeit Viareggio than play against those guys.

I actually think Montero would be a great coach. He's got a great defensive mind, it's his body and pace that are failing him these days. He reads the game well and can teach our younh defenders a lot about muscle :strong:

Holdon, our whole defence was shite, and so was Thuram and Nedved in their first seasons. But they were probably not as bad as Legro
