Update. The Martinsburg Wal-Mart has been recently remodeling in order to keep up with the newly opend "super" Target. Unfortunately for Wal-Mart shoppers, the Martinsburg management thought remodeling meant moving things around without explaining where they went. In other words, it's still the worst.
