I would love to Share some Georgian recipes, but doubt that you will be able to actually make any dish..
SATSIVI
(Turkey or Chicken in Walnut Sauce)
Ingredients:
1 turkey ( or chicken)
Walnuts -600 gr.
Onions- 5
Fenugreek-3 teaspoons
Garlic- 6 or 7 cloves
Saffron -1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon-1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar,red pepper and salt to taste
Cut up a drawn and thoroughly washed turkey into medium-sliced pieces and put them in a saucepan. Cover it with water and boil. Remove the scum in the process of boiling . Remove the fat from the broth and stew finely chopped onions in it. Mince walnuts through a meat grinder 2 or 3 times. Ground garlic, fenugreek, coriander, red pepper, saffron and cinnamon; dilute with vinegar. Leave 2/3 of the broth in the pan, put the prepared mass and the stewed onions into the pan. Remove it from the stove in a bout 10 minutes.

HERE IS THE SIMPLE ONE
))
Ingredients:
1 kg beef.
3 ea onion.
30 g wine vinegar.
150 g bouquet garni.
salt.
Directions:
Cut beef into small cubes and marinate with sliced onion, pepper, salt and vinegar for 2 days (NO NEED FOR 2 DAYS, JUST 3-4 Hours
). Thread cubes onto flat metal skewers tightly. Put skewers over well-heated brazier with charcoals.
The Final Product is "MTSVADI" - (Shashlik in Russian
