Whit and scatching?

I almost hate that I have never really been able to get into South Park. The bits that are honestly intelligent and funny are often over-shadowed by some of the vulgarity and stupidity for me.

Did you know that they produce the episode the week its broadcast? Which means they are able to include up to the minute satire and current events and write episodes based on the weeks events/manipulate the plot to work them into it. Their humour is like sacha baron cohens - loads of levels you can take it on - irony, post modern, satire, crude, crass/vulgar and being able to write comedy that can be read like that takes incredible intelligence. I find it a shame when people can't see the irony in a lot of Cohen's/South Parks humour and take it in its literal form but its still art and still when taken properly really funny.

I didn't know that. I can see some of the humour in it, I'm just saying that other bits really ruin it for me. But then, it's been a long time since I've watched.

And yes, I had noticed the posts :D
