69: Borriello supplies Redondo with a good cross and the former Real Madrid player shows some of his class but his powerful shot is parried by the Barca keeper.

72: Quaresma is fouled and Xavi takes the Barcelona free kick short but Luis Garcia wastes the opportunity as his shot flies high and wide.

    FT: Barcelona 2-0 AC Milan

The man of the match for me is either Puyol, Quaresma or Ronaldinho. Great performance from the Barca lads :thumb:

Barcelona defender Carles Puyol has asked Milan and Juventus to make a bid for him this summer.

“I would only leave this club for a move to Italy,” revealed the Barca captain. “I am with a great club, but an Italian experience is special.”

The 25-year-old defender has long been tracked by several Serie A sides and he confirmed reports of a Juventus bid.

“I know that Juventus enquired about me,” he continued. “I am certainly happy to hear that, as they are a great squad that always plays to win.”

However, the right-back also made his intentions clear with an appeal to the reigning European Champions.

“I would also come running if Milan were to make me an offer. It would be tough to choose between them, but the important thing is that it should be a great club.”

A move may be difficult to see through, as Puyol is currently rated at around £10m and the fans would react angrily to his departure from the Nou Camp.

didnt say, but it said he was valued at 10 mil pounds
10 million pounds for Puyol would be a bargain IMO. He's worth at least 15 million.

    Barca 1-0 Man U

11: Ronaldinho's inch perfect cross is powerfully headed in by Kluivert. 1-0 to the Catalonians.

16: Giggs gives away the ball and Barcelona counter. Ronaldinho to Luis Enrique to Oscar. Oscar curls one but the right footed shot is straight at Timmy Howard.
