If Hoori is really the D and she's protected then the Cs kill one G (Fred) and Hoori gets to investigate from tomorrow. That's already a big plus for the Cs.
If Hoori is a G and she lynches Fred, then it's gonna be 3:1 for them, which is quite good for only 2 nights. Usually the Gs go 4:0 after the first two days when everyone's confused.
I think there is no risk following her. The only problem is if Fred is a special role (detective or lawyer), but even then it's worth it.
I still don't see why would Hoori go public. I had my reasons back then because I was investigated. But I had luck Fred (the detective) to be jailed and only then I started my show.
Hoori went public out of nowhere. Even if she was investigated, how did she know who to target? I knew back then that Fred is the D becuase he played it bad and made it obvious that he's the D by attacking me. Hoori went public without being attacked.
Everything points out that she's telling the truth. The risk to trust her is worthy.

Who are you gonna investigate tomorrow?
