The odds for that are really low, but even if true, why did they need to complicate?

They could have simply voted out a random civilian without all this drama Hoori is making. And if a G was voted out the Lawyer was gonna save him.

Now you are just making stuff up or trying to dissuade her to do it (as a G would, not a C), the punishment for a D for gunblazing is that their role becomes public, since Hoori's is already, the only setback will be that the total embarrassment that she killed a C rashly.
