Do you blame him for not wanting to come back to us this season? When you see what's happening with Rugani, I think he has made a wise decision.

Most people with a fair understanding will know of Meret and Sensi by now. Sensi in particular is an exciting prospect. As for keepers Italy seem to have loads to choose from.

Pellegrini looks very interesting. Roma rate him highly but Sassuolo have taken him, I think they have some kind of option to bring him back. Very classy central midfield player, reminds me of Luca Marrone.

Mazzitelli I haven't seen play but read a bit about him. Pretty sure he went with Pellegrini from Roma to Sassuolo, now Brescia have him on loan. Looks like he's doing well for a decent Serie B team. Same for Biraschi, I know nothing about him either.

Ricci is another Roma product, he's actually having a fantastic season on loan for a Crotone team who are massively overachieving. I watched him in the Cagliari-Crotone game and he is a dangerous leftie who plays from the right (sometimes switches to left). He's like a mix of Berardi and Giovinco. Roma couldn't find room for Verde, so it's no surprise he went on loan as well. Italy seems to have an abundance of left footed wing forwards coming through, 4-3-3 definitely en vogue.
