I believe that Jesus is divine because of his virgin birth, and Resurrection. The works he did, miracles he performed and hearts and souls he still touches today such as mine

Again, the number of commandments doesn't matter. What you said is that they are originally based on the TC, which is what I'm calling arrogance. Religions existed even before Judaism and Christianity, and there is every possibility that the men who penned the TC were inspired by these religions. To think it was partially or wholly based on the TC is arrogance and sheer stupidity.

"And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose" Matthew 27.52

Also, Lazarus was also resurrected.

The resurrection of the dead seemed to be a banality at the time of Jesus which means that the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth wouldn't make him divine.

The fact that Jesus was allegedly present at these resurrections doesn't imply that he caused them.

We have no primary sources written by eye witness of these events and no further evidence to suggest that Jesus caused these resurrection.

Therefore, a belief that Jesus was divine because he was resurrected cannot be justified if we take into consideration the lack of evidence(which we must, at all times).

If there is no concrete evidence that these events took place, as far as I am concerned, it is irrational and unjustified to believe that they did.

I am a history student and in history, you have to treat all historical sources with this standard and Christianity shouldn't be an exception.

If you have no concrete evidence, we'll have to accept that the resurrection was a banality and not necessarily caused by Jesus.

I dont have the info at hand but their is alot of evidence. Roman evidence of executions of peter and paul, outside historical writers making notes of it. Their are documentaries on national geographic and history channel. If you did some research you would be amazed

So what if National Geographic made a documentary?? It still doesn't pass as reliable evidence on the life of Jesus.
