no player was going to shine in motta system when team barely moved. all moves where back passes and players static. even pirlo would struggle to do anything in motta and tudor systems.

That is a valid argument as well, i mean clearly we haven’t been able neither to make the most of Koop’s qualities nor to find his best position in our system… but then again truth is that Koop himself didn’t so himself any favors either by being in poor physical shape throughout the season and looking out of his depth here, basically him not being able to even do the basics right in most games is the most worrisome part.

All a moot point. Given what we paid for him, there is no way he is going to be sold. We just have to hope that he gets to his form from the previous season in Tudor's set up. I think he played his best football in a midfield 3 though and we don't play that system so he either has to be in the mid 2 or play as one of the 2 roaming 10s. So we might struggle to get the best out of him.

We should just get Gasperini when he is available. I can see he will finalmente at Roma and retire there with Gasperini for years to come

We will probably sell him for his book value next season and watch Gasperini doing alakazam on him
