Coooomooooon dont be like that, dont come with your common sense and ruin the party, come, join the conga line, get drunk, yell that we signed a 4th goalkeeper... lets party!!!
Yildiz starts at the left wing and backup the CAM/Koopmeiners spot.
irst or second substitution is bringing on a pacey winger to break the tired defense of the opposition, replacing Yildiz. When Yildiz plays the CAM to give Koopmeiners a break, he's paired with any number of our wingers.
There is going to be quite a lot of rotation. With 38 guaranteed matches in serie A + 8 guaranteed matches in CL's new format, and at least 4-6 matches in Club's WC and Coppa Italia, that's at least 51-52 matches, and possibly 55+.

I get that. But here's the thing: We have a number 10, and a guy we just splashed cash to get. They don't have to play every game, but they should not overlap each others' role either. Getting Sancho will complicate that dynamic a little, plus the fact that Yildiz has been excellent in his #10 role.

The fear is that due to his versatility, Yildiz will be the one switched to LW and he won't play that well there, right? This, especially if we get Sancho, might even result with him losing the starting XI spot.
I get that fear. It can become a problem, indeed. Hopefully it won't.
