Why is Makelele in so many teams? IMO, that's another ridiculous inclusion. Don't get me wrong, he was a world class defensive midfielder, but one of the top midfielders in the decade? Come on. Vieira in his Arsenal years was twice the player.

When they beat us in the Champions League final he was unbelievable, and basicly won the game for them.

On the top of his game he was one of the best midfielders of the decade and i would love to see a midfield with him, Davids, Zidane and Nedved.
