Damn, I wish Juventus starts giving chances to players like Berardi, Gabbiadini and etc. We really should follow the German and Bayern examples with giving more chances to younger players. If we had talents like Muller and Kroos they might end up in Cesena when they are 22-23 years old. :facepalm2:

bayern loaned out a shitton of players...
i guess it will be easier now for juve because without the co-owns the smaller clubs don´t have a choice anymore.

btw: it seems that we tried very hard for berardi but he wasn´t our player in the first place and apparently there was some kind of gentlemen agreement that he can stay one more season if sassuolo avoid relegation.

So let me get this straight....so far, our team is looking liek this i suppouse?. The supposed 433

-----------------Buff------------

Licht---Barza------------Chiello------Evra

Poggy------------Pirlo---------------Vidal

Iturbe----------Nando---------------Tevez

Def subs:
Caceres.Bon,Ogbon

Mid subs:
Marrone,Chessio,Asa..............padoin

Strk:
Morata,Gio

Chessio playing as Pirlo's subs....Asamoah rotating with Vidal or Evra............Marrone being the new padoin.

Morata being Nando's variation....Giovinco Playing instead of tevez on the wing.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4-2-3-1?

-----------------Buff------------

Licht---Barza------------Chiello------Evra

------Asa/Cheese-----------Vidal-----------

Iturbe/Coman-----Tevez---------------Pogba

----------------Nando/Morata---------------

This 2 formations make sense?
Is this the most accurate aproximations?. Also where Coman will play? or he will go to the primavera?. Help plz.-

I thought about Pairing Pogba with Vidal in front of the defense...but we would lose so much attacking options by restricting pogba as a holding mid. Im pretty sure giovinco would do a fine job in the left wing.... but if i hae to sacrifice Pog for Gio there, its no go.

Because of that i think that a combo of Vidal-Asa in front of the defence would be much more dynamic than Chessio/Vidal. Asa and vidal as holding mids would be a sight to behold IMO.

Also, I think Cheesio would do fine there, as he seems to be mch better as a holding mid/pseudo regista...than as a box to box.

No doubts that Asa will be the starter at LB, at least at the beginning.

Coman imo will be an important asset as a sub, will play even more than Giovinco.

 If Gabbiadini was a Kroos or a Muller, you can be sure he was here by now. Same with most of our youngsters. Too bad he hasn't shown an ounce compared to them. With Berardi there was a gentleman's agreement. Immobile, on the other hand, had rows with the club and was disrespectful more than once in his comments and acts (celebrating, injurying Tevez) and I still see people angry for selling him. And with all the shit of the old team I hear, we must be the club that owns most youngsters in the world, BTW, and see our current campaign.

We're operating nicely on youngsters lately, more than most of the top clubs. And by operating nicely, I also mean not exaggerating with them.

Do you know about the idea of self-fulfilling prophecy?

When a player is starting his career in a top club, learning from players who have won many trophies. The youngsters can easily start to believe that they are the top shiet. If you are playing long enough for clubs like Cesena, Bologna and etc. on the other hand...

Juventus needs to give much more chances to youngsters. Even if it is so funny and amusing for you to laugh at my opinion.

Bayern didn't believe in Kroos and loaned him out and he showed that he deserve to be in the 1st squad with his terrific season in Bayer 04, as for Muller he was there in right time

Yeh i know, the whole "Bring him to learn from our champions" fantasy is utterly useless.

They should be thrown in the fray in juventus or any team...to be able to learn by themselves

This is not true. It's not enough to just play you need to improve it. A young player needs decent coaching staff that will allow progression. In smaller clubs you have no experts so there are so few of young players making it to the top.

At the end of the day it's not enough to do your job. You have to improve to do it better. All I'm saying balance is needed. It's not enough to just play.

Conte would only use Asamoah as a LB if he planned for him to be the starter, or not use him there at all, imo. If he saw him as capable of (or willing to) play there, he wouldn't rate him as an inferior LB to the current Evra. And Evra ain't begging his way out of United to come here as back up.
