I'd repeat that same shit over the next 1000 years if necessary, not going to shut up until we won 10 CLs straight!!!

deal with it.
It seemed like it was going to be a really tough decision, and I know @Sheik and @Hustini are going to be heartbroken, but you are by far the worst poster on this forum, even Cronios has moments when he doesnt despise everything Juve does

We tend to struggle against pacey (physical teams). Even though its just a friendly but we really had a problem in creating chances, you can see the frustration in our attackers face. It's not a problem when we play in Italy but in Europe, we'll have to improve.

everton was hardly pacey yesterday

llorente sucked because he moved too much while being not as skillfull as ibra so he loses the ball easily

but why did he do that? indeed why, because he and tevez need to create spaces, and why did they need that was because because none of our mids and wing backs available to create spaces which is the way conte set up this team to work

but then the system rely on CBs, CMs that need to cover sides and WBs that need to be hybrid fullbacks and offensive wingers, far from ideal even on papers, easiest example come from the fact that many don't like chiellini to be played as LB and yet this 3-5-2 force peluso to be LCB-LB hybrid, asamoah as LCM-LM hybrid and de ceglie as LB-LW hybrid... mirrored to the right side

it's system that too easily neutralized by teams that utilize multiple side players and proven easily owned by side oriented counterattacks

everton goal almost perfectly similar to sampdoria goal at the early 2013 serie a match... too glaring of an exposed weakness
.
at the 2nd half, when isla pushed forward more often, the attack was more effective and when vucinic came suddenly the attack became more stable, that sort of balance is achieveable with 4-3-3, which we already done before

I won't be too sticky with this 4-3-3 if we never tried/exhibited it before, but we did, which is why it's so infuriating for me.

You are one piece of tactical hopelesness

1) de ceglie and isla were the flanks. MARRONE, as cdm, and licht-ogbonna-peluso as defence
anyone with a brain sees thoseflanks, especially the left one, were poor. and marrone versus fellaini...yeah
Pirlo came on and suddenly we punched them back. not because pirlo was good, he was stoned, but because marrone got fucking subbed.
In a real game, pogba would play instead of marrone when pirlo's rotated.

2) In a physical game, lichtsteiner - asamoah as flanks, is offcourse what we'd use. like we showed against chelsea, those two are tremendous.
asamoah scored when he was moved to lwb.

3) before pirlo, we had no creative player in the center. marrone failed bigtime. but normally, pirlo, marchisio, pogba are there, and thats entirely diffrent.

4) a defence without barzagli, hence an entire new defence. if you got chiellini and barzagli backing up the wings, our team is solid as fuck.

5) llorente's problem was not keeping the ball, but wanting to play it off to quickly. He's much more technical, and showed it a few times in the preseason so far
when tevez dropped off, it all changed bigtime. i expect a nice improvement next game

6) vucinic on, showed why we should offcourse not sell him. the vooc knows this team, and you could see it how he connected.
Tevez dont need that, he just needs the ball. when llorente is fit in like the vooc, he'll be amazing

7) 3-5-2 is great, and it was just let down by horrible players such as marrone and de ceglie, and players out of position such as licht and peluso

8) if you post shit like this again, i'm gonna be less friendly next time

I am happy with the 352. My biggest concern though is Pirlo. Juve rely more on Pirlo than they did Zidane in a way and that is clearly not healthy. Pirlo was seldom rested last season because Conte thinks he is way too important and there really is no Pirlo deputy (Pogba while excellent has very different characteristics).

I don't care what system it is numerically (352, 3421, 433, 4231 etc) - but we clearly need a plan B without Pirlo where the system of play changes to make better use of the types of midfielders we have. Vidal, Pogba and Marchisio are great midfielders but they need to be utilized very differently without Pirlo on the pitch.

IN SUCH A CRUCUAL IMPORTANT GAME
It's not just about this game, but whenever we played against "any" team that put pressure on our players plus that play a pacey game we struggle.

Don't know how many people here watched today's game but it was Soo obvious that the moment we switched to the 4-3-3 formation the team managed to create better chances. It was so obvious.
