How can we fit Pogba into the starting XI? 4-1-3-2?

I was also thinking Asamoah at LB with him and Licht maybe alternating between going forward or staying back to defend. Don't know how well this would work, just an idea I had. Thoughts?

In my opinion if we replace Pirlo with Pogba we're going to need a creative attacking midfielder.

The midfield three of Vidal-Pogba-Marchisio is potentially a world beater but falls short in the creative department. So we are going to need someone in the 10 spot.

3-5-2 worked for us very good vs Udinese but Conte needs to solve our attacking problems. This match could be as frustrating as the Parma one if not Pogba's brilliant shots that gave us 2-0 lead. It's very difficult for us to break through with 3-5-2 because not enough players are involved in attack. I liked Giaccherini's runs forward a lot. I think in this formation we rely too much on our ss (Vucinic or Gio). We need more power up front to be more successful in front of goal.

Could work, especially with Vucinic or Giovinco as left forward, as they like to come from the left; filling the void there.

Juventus. Defensively we are high on the chart too.

We need to get 2 of Jovetic, Willian, Sanchez, and James Rodriguez to play as wingers in 4-3-3 formation which we will play next year. And we will play this way next year because Conte knows a bit about tactics and Marotta will go to jail for over stupidity.

Getting 2 of the mentioned is impossible. We have Vucinic and Gio for the left wing. Just get Sanchez for right wing and we're good.

I do hope we switch to 4-3-3 as 3-5-2 suits more counter-attacking teams like Napoli or Udinese. We need more presence upfront and wingers to strech our game.

Lack of players who strike the ball well on a consistent basis.

Viewing long-range shooting as desperate and less likely to result in a goal than continuing to move the ball to try and create a clear chance.
