I totally agree with you. That lineup, and with a thin bench, looks weaker than anything we've had over the past 4 years.

We are aiming for the CL. If you thought we could win Serie A after last season, then you are naive.

What are we to do with Grosso and Iaquinta. We could really use the money if they are sold.

We really need a leftback, but it seems we cannot get a good one. Suppose it's money issues, like Gallas

Honestly, its a team with potential long term... That defence can be great and with two signings next season, this could a very good line-up. Shame that it's a couple of years late..

We are aiming for the CL. If you thought we could win Serie A after last season, then you are naive.

I'm not naive at all. I know what we were aiming for, I'm just disappointed that we're doing it again. I guess it's just naive of me to think the biggest and most successful team in Italy would always try and win everything.

Just FYI, that can't be our eventual lineup this season, buddy. Bastos and Krasic both hold non-EU passports, and play outside of Italy.

As the rules stand, we could only buy 1 of those guys...

We really don't have much to be positive about. I guess finishing higher than we did last year, but that should be simple.

It is seeming very grim when players like Krasic, who seemed a given, haven't arrived yet.

Iaquinta should be sold in my opinion, jake of all trades, master of nothing...cant finish, runs like a donkey all day long and does nothing with it. Gross still with us? how did that happen?

Back to line up and team in general...

bastos - at LB would be a liability, may as well keep PDC there, wont make any difference.
Bonucci and motta - good youngish players, but still a lot to prove.
Marchisio and Melo - worries me the most, we have put faith in an italian midfielder who if he wasnt italian probably would never have gotten a chance with the club. Marchisio has a long way to go, that means playing consistent for a full season..not in and out, injured, not injured, or being a phantom all game as he has done so many times. Melo is shit, Momo is better but cant pass.
Pepe- nightmare!!
Martinez - if playing instead of Pepe isnt any better.
Del Piero - 36 yrs old in Nov...serisously, do we still need to rely on this guy after 16 years?
Amauri - not good enough
Trez - injury prone and body isnt up to it

So many gaps and unknowns right now, we'll be terrible this season, worse than last season, i reckon we have gone backwards.
