Good news, if these rebels really care about Syria they would surrender pronto and save the civilians more bloodshed
That's a big "IF" because that would require them to have an independent opinion/course of action and I doubt they do. The Syrian issue has dragged on for way too long and it's turned into an information war between the Russians and the west.

'Are you truly incapable of shame?' Samantha Power blasts Assad regime, allies

Samantha Power, the United States ambassador to the United Nations, unleashed a scathing attack on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his allies on Tuesday.

"Denying or obfuscating the facts, as you will do today -- saying up is down, black is white -- will not absolve you. When one day there is a full accounting of the horrors committed in this assault of Aleppo -- and that day will come, sooner or later -- you will not be able to say you did not know what was happening. You will not be able to say you were not involved. We all know what is happening. And we all know you are involved.

"Aleppo will join the ranks of those events in world history that define modern evil, that stain our conscience decades later. Halabja, Rwanda, Srebrenica, and, now, Aleppo.

"To the Assad regime, Russia, and Iran, your forces and proxies are carrying out these crimes. Your barrel bombs and mortars and airstrikes have allowed the militia in Aleppo to encircle tens of thousands of civilians in your ever-tightening noose. It is your noose. Three Member States of the UN contributing to a noose around civilians.

"Are you truly incapable of shame? Is there literally nothing that can shame you? Is there no act of barbarism against civilians, no execution of a child that gets under your skin?"

-----------------------------------------------------------

Shame lol, not only is the US the most shameless player of this dirty game, they are the most arrogant one as well. She's so shameless she even mentions Halabja.

Nobody takes these clowns seriously. It's all a political game and no they don't care about some random Kurds, Bosniaks, or Syrians.

I agree it's very rich coming from an American. The fact she's saying all this Hollywood style doesn't make it better either. But at the heart of it she's not entirely wrong. She just forgets to mention how much they're involved themselves.

She is not wrong about it as a general rule but it was sickening she name dropped Halabja like her govt had no major hand in it.

Sure. And the mere fact Americans are not too embarrassed to go around saying stuff like that is beyond comprehension.

This whole mess is Americas doing, starting from creating and financing wahabi terrorists to encouraging sectarianism in iraq to finally aiding and training arab spring operatives, the US is by far the worst international criminal nowadays but that is the cost of maintaining the Empire.
