He usually refers to the Syrian protesters with the Arabic word "Mondasseen" which literally translates into "infiltrators", lately he started using "jaratheem" instead, which translates into germs. The Syrians are making fun of him and saying he doesn't want to say the former word because of his lisp, so he changed the way he refers to protesters. Its not as funny when it gets translated, but you get the gist of it
