I don't get what you are saying.
Bashar talks with a lisp. He usually refers to the Syrian protesters with the Arabic word "Mondasseen" which literally translates into "infiltrators", lately he started using "jaratheem" instead, which translates into germs. The Syrians are making fun of him and saying he doesn't want to say the former word because of his lisp, so he changed the way he refers to protesters. Its not as funny when it gets translated, but you get the gist of it :p

    After the people of Tal Kalekh left it because they are scared of the army mercenaries, here are the cowards celebrating on tanks entering the town as if they won against an enemy. The only achievement they did was scaring the civilians who left to Lebanon
