When I said roll of a dice I only meant that whatever the outcome my be it's not a final one, those countries are going through a proccess that will take years to unfold and it's impossible to predict it's end result.
The guy killed over 100,000 pepole already not to mention the horrible "rape camps", I'm not talking about a military intervantion like in Iraq but more international pressure should be put on Assad to stop the mass murders.
And yeah, at this point I rather the Islamist rule then him (And Assad is also Islamic btw just a different faction)

When I mentioned the Islamists, I meant the extremists (AlQaeda). and no, I rather Assad rules the country than those pigs... and this is what the majority of Syrians want.
Also, do you have an evidence of what you accuse the regime of?! or is it solely based on what crap the western media are throwing to the world?

Oh, I've just now realised you are Syrian, So first off let me just say that I truely hope your country resolve this mess as soon as possible, one way or the other.
First of all no, I don't have any evidence. Only what I see on westren new and our local news. I've seen more then a few contradicting reports and let me say that I don't take any news source as the gospel, with that said I do "trust" our local news to some dagree on this matter as they have good, first hand sources and realy no good reason to support either side. From all the information I've seen so far I know there are no good or bad guys here as both sides have taken part in unfortunate actions, however some of the things I saw on video are harder to sallow when done by the army and goverment.
Regarding what the majority wants, I do ask this cause I honestly want to know. How can a Sunni Majority want to be ruled by an Alawite minority?

First of all, thanks for your wishes... Second, the problem isn't your local media, its where they get their reports from which lead us back to the western media + the Arabian gulf powerful media (Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabia) which all of them have a clear agenda. having said that, the local Syrian media isn't better, so no one knows where the truth lies!
What I am saying is based on what the locals there say about this issue.
As for the president, as you and Eddy mentioned, its a state institution, and let me tell you that a big part of Sunnis in Syria are secular and they prefer to be ruled by a modern president not a religious one!

It seems certain amount of sacrifice is needed to intervene. USA often talked about ''red lines'' such as chemichal weapons. Sounds like it's not about how many you kill but how you kill. If Assad didn't use them, he would continue his killing for another year.
In a fair election it is %20 he will get. %15 Alawites and %5 loyalists. Muslims never liked him and after the recent events, they want him to drown in his blood. Not to mention Kurds, he did not even give them citizenship. Kaddafi wasn't half as evil as Assad, look how he ended up.
