Normally this would be easy for me to answer but considering we could do with a WC player in literally every position I find it too hard to just choose one.
There's also the fact that most players now are situational players and not champions. They will do good in a certain system/environment but very few if any possess the intelligence and the leadership skills to thrive and positively effect their teammates.

I hear Lucas Vazquez is still looking for a club. I’d sign him on a one or two-year contract with a reasonable salary. The guy’s got unmatched experience. If we sell Nico to Atletico, I’d rather take the money and no Molina in exchange. In fact, no Molina, period. Not a fan of his game.

Not a fan of Molina as well but I wouldnt be worried about it since we already got our RB.
Vazquez - I dont know, he is a good player but I cant see what is that extra he can bring us. Should it have been Valverde - I would have said we should definitely pounce on him but Vazquez isnt something that cannot be found elsewhere IMO

Miretti could definitely fetch more than 12M - He is a player who under the right circumstances could double that fee.
I wouldnt be against loaning him to an EPL side - If he can do things in the EPL his value would sky rocket.

i'd still take a healthy rodri in a heartbeat. closest player to a traditional world class midfielder

Instead of buying players, Comolli should sign team that put up data for Brighton. Moises Caicedo and Carlos Baleba, how they can find that kind of players with their data

Caicedo yes, Baleba no. The latter was bought for close to 30m from Lille, a figure clubs like Brighton can afford, we cannot.
