And all it took was for @Badass J Elkann to say he's going nowhere for the rumours to explode.
I said he will stay only because nobody will pay what we want for him and he's already turned down Saudi, realistically Madrid will try to offload Molina in exchange, either way its a somewhat sideways move for it, still nothing to gain financially from it, and doesn't really help our situation all that much.

I prefer Nico over Sancho and Molina. Overall, I think Nico and Douglas should be given another year. I don’t know why the club is so obsessed with immediately selling them and then going out to buy a few average players again.

So we only have 10 days to first match. I still don't get this soccer thing settling the squad to start the season so late? Still seems we have lots of players who need to transfer out along with enough ones to sign. How the hell does a manager get the first team ready to play together? Thought we had an early group of the first month or so weaker teams to play, but looking at it probably harder schedule than other top league clubs. Maybe not?

I agree. Usually I love jumping to conclusions and find it hard to want to give players more time but I have a feeling Nico and Luiz can come good.

I've bigger doubts about Koop and there's nothing that will change my mind about Susan, he simply has to go.

Dusan is done for, 3 different managers, same outcome won't make me change my mind about him now, and to be fair I was very patient with him during the Allegri term.

It doesn't look good for Badass, I agree.
But I've seen him come back from more complicated situations, so I wouldn't count him out just yet.

Plus, his competition is sleeping, making no predictions at all, so Badass could seize the moment and take more risks.

Oh, and btw, I've been reviewing the predictions from our gurus in June and July. I won't comment, but I can tell you this: one of the statements below is 100% correct, and the other is 100% wrong:

a) AndreaCristiano got every prediction right;
b) AndreaCristiano was completely wrong on every single prediction.

Agree. I don't see any points for us signing Molina. He is RB/RWB. We already have Joao, Savona, McKennie or even Kalulu that can play there. While we dont have any player to rotate for Chico (inverted RW). Nico will be the one, He still a good player, Argentina NT winger. And look on his plays with Fiorentina, they use him differently. He roam in the box a lot and scored.

That's where the Sancho links are coming feom...

Savona, McKennie and Kalulu should only be emergency options on the wings. None of them have the offensive power to perform their long term so I get why we'd be looking for another RWB. Not so sure about Molina. Didn't follow him anymore.

But I wouldn't panic in holding on to Nico either.
