I dont think Laporte is LCB suitable for Tudor's system. The way our team play recently is to make LCB and RCB high up the pitch sometimes as a winger while Fullback (Cambiasso go inside) and CM (Loca / Thuram) covering in case of counter attack. That's why lots of news linked us to DM with higher defensive trait (Hjulmand/Bissouma/Haidara/Ndidi).

That also the reason he said he see Douglas play higher up as AM (Kenan position) and the reason Miretti can be sold for the right offer.

The way he used LCB make Kelly is the most suitable player there now as he also played as LB before. Hancko before also right fit or Veiga. Cabal also should be able to do it.
Good insight

Di Marzio
Tomorrow Pietrelli's medical examinations with Venezia. Loan operation with a purchase option of 3.5 million and a buy-back clause.

Romano
Matt O’Riley, keen on Juventus move after talks took place to ask for deal conditions.

Understand Juventus are considering a loan with obligation deal but only if/when a midfielder (Douglas Luiz) leaves.

O’Riley, part of 3 men shortlist

Romano says in his YouTube that Juve has a draft agreement with O’Riley on a contract and if they don’t get him it’s because they chose not to pursue it. He also says Santos from Chelsea is not a realistic option. Chelsea won’t loan him and he’s too expensive to buy.

Give me O’Riley or Haidara

Honestly I rather keep D.L if it means spending on him.

Considering JJs record this would still give me a lot of reason to be concerned
his main injury happened early in the season and it was to his ankle. He returned from it fine. He had a knee injury later but didn’t really miss that much time because of it. I dont think there’s anything there to be concerned about.
