PSR. It's often the only way the clubs can stay within the regulations, sell youth products now and then.
The whole FFP and PSR rules are a mess.

It makes no sense that clubs would be better off financially selling homegrown players on the cheap and spending more for a replacement. They could even sell the player and buy them back in the next window for more money and be better off.

If they sell Savona they don’t need to buy a replacement, just promote Pedro Felipe. I like Savona though, so I’d only sell him if someone offered closer to 20M.

its also getting a little boring hearing “if they sell (blank) they can go buy (blank).” Media has been saying that about everyone they’ve sold, yet no one has arrived. What happened to O’Riley? Wasn’t he supposed to arrive after Luiz was sold? These journos are so clueless its irritating.

Pedro Felipe missed most of last season with an ACL injury, -played like 9 matches last season... there is no way he is anywhere near ready for our first team.

So, there are five days left until the transfer window closes, and we need a left-sided center back, a right-sided winger, a midfielder, and an attacking player...

That means we need to sign one player per day, also try to sell Nico, Vlahovic and maybe Kelly...

I don't know if this is the worst transfer window of the last decade, but it's certainly the worst planned.

Even if Donnarumma had joined Juve that year, he probably wouldn’t have renewed his contract now and we would’ve lost him for free. Hard to imagine him staying at this Juve without any real chance of winning the UCL.

My guess is they will scramble to do all of this and we'll end up not having any more transactions at all.

But could afford to pay Tek and Susan crazy wages, pay 50m for DL and Koop, 20+ for Kelly etc

Yea we are broke but then we waste so much money over paying for trash then sell our players for peanuts
paratici's contracts were insane, so was the vlahovic deal by bene/bini. koop was expensive, so was luiz and kelly

that doesn't mean we could afford them. and that also doesn't mean that the club should follow up with an equally insane deal. signing donnarumma for 30+ and giving him 10m net would have perfectly fit the long list of deals jj can't afford - even if donnarumma is a good keeper

but so is di gregorio. and he's much cheaper. the least of our problems. it's not a deal we should regret
