Nope. Disagree with everything.
I would say there are zero world class players in this starting eleven excluding a healthy, in form Bremer (remains to be seen how good he will be post injury)
A backline of Gatti-Bremer-Kelly with average to good/decent at best players sprinkled everywhere is not an example of 'looks good' for me.
Coach matters as well. Our entire club from management to squad screams average atm.
Challenging for top 4 and making top 16 of CL is the best this team can hope for.
How many world class players do the other Serie A teams even have? how many true world class players are there in Serie A right now? A team’s strength should be measured relative to its rivals, we’re not in the Premier League where all the opponents have tons of world class players. compared to our domestic rivals, I think our starting lineup isn’t bad at all but as I said, not having a strong bench and the big gap between the starters and substitutes won’t let us compete effectively over a full season.
In Europe, the situation is different, at best, we’d probably be around the level of the top 16 or top 8 teams with this squad. And yes, the coach’s impact, as you mentioned, is definitely very important and can’t be ignored.
