key word is wing back here. udogie and molina are doing great as wing backs in 3-5-2, but we don't even know what are we going to play next season.

Udogie is a very conservative and defensive fullback, earliest games I seen of him felt like a CB playing LB. But seems to developed little more at left since then, uses his athleticism going forward well. But defenitely not a natural wingback. So he will be fine in 4 man defence.
