We don't have money for a young top striker + it's not a bad idea to align with CR7 timing. When CR7 is gone we'd need to make major changes to our playstyle anyway. So it's only a logical move.

If we buy Dzeko. Fabio should be fire inmediately. Why in hell we would pay any money for a 34 yo striker?

If we give up Rugani or MDS for Dzeko, then I don't care as both are simply useless.

It's still a mess though. We're offloading Higuain to get an older attacker, possibly on even higher wages (see Suarez rumors).
