Based on yesterday I think he fits because we were attacking very fast, always looking for depth and speed. No real target man who holds the ball.

I think he’s useful in that style.

I think that I’d have more peace with a 10m loan for a season instead of a ~40m investment in a old player. What are Morata’s wages?

Prefer Morata. We need a Mobile cf. if you have Dybala and Cristiano on, Morata will need to put in defensive work and he’s only 27. He also is good for 4-5 years vs Dzeko 1-2. Although if terms are correct 10+45, not a chance. He is worth 30-35 Max. So 10M loan + 25M seems fair.

Morata also played on the left side at times as well for us, so I can picture some nice exchanges between him and Ronaldo. Hopefully it creates additional movement as opposed to the static way we've played previously.

Morata will do well here, especially in the formation we played yesterday. The sum is quite heavy but we can and should renegotiate it by the end of the year. We are in desperate need of a striker and the world knows it, so we will always end up paying a premium. It's just a result of bad planning in prior years so we just have to suck this one up.

Anyway Morata for 10M one season only?! although he is a player I really like I must say its not as we are getting a great deal here..
I hope we either splash on Morata after he becomes a predator with us OR.... We are saving for Halland (which obviously is the best option for next summer)
