How many headers did Higuain score at Juve?

Legendary one vs inte* and how many more?
No idea

Let this roll around in your brain for a little bit, please.

WE WERE ELIMINATED BY A 7TH PLACE LIGUE 1 SQUAD.
Dude, i know. Believe me, i know what you are trying to tell me. This season was a scandal. There was only one match which was watchable in the Coppa Italia against Udinese the rest was disgrace.

Still i believe with a worldclass Midfielder, Ronaldo will bring us the trophy. Right now our midfield is a fiasco

So then what would the point be of signing Dzeko, if we are not knocking on the door of the CL?

To replace Higuain? Spend 15 million on a transfer fee for a striker who is nearly 2 years older and would still make a lot of money? I would rather have Milik, if it meant swapping Bernardeschi for him. At least he is still fairly young.
I guess that was my point in the post...who do you think we should look at, ideally? Milik? Morata? Zapata? I mean, we need a fix quickly.

I appreciate your optimism, and I'm not trying to demean you or your opinion. If you feel that way, I apologize. I just look at this club as one that has several glaring holes in it, and I don't think 1 WC midfielder would fix it. I would rather have 3 very good/excellent ones than 2 mediocre ones and a WC MF.

And whenever you make a quick move, it is usually the wrong one. If this striker is going to be a backup, I can't justify spending an exorbitant amount of money, either in the transfer fee, the salary, or both.

Unless it is an exchange.

Would you rather exchange Bernie for Partey or Bernie for Milik b/c they both seem plausible.

Bernie for Partey, every day of the week and twice on Sunday's and Jewish Holidays.

If they bring Mario back as a BACKUP striker, that's fine. Cheap option. As long as that is all he is going to be. If I see him on the wing or tracking back to our goal line anymore, I'm gonna lose it

And you are going under the assumption that we would be able to afford more pieces to make this team a CL favorite? With what money?
Our front line with Dzeko would be complete, then we need 2 more mids after that (to replace Khedira and Matuidi). Youre right its difficult to fund top mids in our current situation, as it will depend on sales as well. Mainly getting Higgy off the books and generating whatever we can on Berna/DC and Rugani, Romero, MDS. But its doable.

Id switch positions to Danilo and AS. That way they can cut in and shoot. LACB and RACB are important positions in that formation

Why are people obsessed with trivial things like average age? Having experienced veterans is not a bad thing, you ofcourse need young and in prime players to carry the team but there is no damage having experienced subs

We already have more than enough old players on this team. How much experience does a team need?
