Sampdoria's final ok is expected today to free Bertelli who already has an agreement with Juve. Gagliardi will be the match analyst, no news on the deputy is expected today, he will be a name of experience. [Romeo Agresti via @cirtnecj]

Realistically, we simply can’t just rid of 11 players. Every year we get the same notions but nothing comes to fruition. The core group will remain the same.

1 of AS or Danilo is gone, DS, DC, Khedira, Higuain, Rugani. That’ll be 7 players in total gone. That’s a huge ask of not only the times were living in, but also the management. The pressure is on due to such a short break and who knows if we’re interested in players still playing in the the cups.

When was the last time we had a mass exodus? I’ll be surprised if we can rid of 7-8 players in 1 window while staying competitive.

The 15/16 was a very busy mercato, we changed almost everything that summer and build the foundation of this team. We sold/released Pirlo, Tevez, Pepe, Vidal, Ogbonna, Storari etc and bought Dybala, Mandzukic, Khedira, Alex Sandro and Cuadrado, but also some deadwood with Hernanes, Zaza, Pereyra. This mercato could be the same as that one.

Thats spot on. Every year its the same, we hear that Rugani, Khedira and others will leave but in the end they are all staying and Khedira is even getting starting spot and we hear his come back is our mid transfer.
Imo this year we will only part ways with few of these players, with Matuidi gone maybe Khedira and Higuain will follow him. But can we get suitors for players like Rugani? really doubt it. MdS - team would be crazy to buy player who is never available, dont rweally believe in any of this PSG rumours, Just tell me why would team like PSG want him?
Maybe we can use Berna in some kind of trade with teams like Roma, but thats all.

There was a first official offer for Locatelli, considered insufficient by Sassuolo, which however dates back to before Pirlo's arrival. [Momblano] Juve did not enter for Tonali. [Romeo Agresti] via @cirtnecj]

The return of Mandzukic was proposed to Pirlo, the answer was "other answers can be found." [Momblano via @cirtnecj]

Field day for media to come up with every rumour they want, since how he plays or who wants is blank slate. No limitations to garner easy attention.
Oh this is perfect for the media & gurus. Literally everything and anything they say can be believable because everything we are doing is so unexpected right now lol

Juventus have made an official offer for Locatelli. (Momblano)

Isco, Luis Alberto and Rodrigo de Paul, a player with these characteristics is deemed necessary to be able to create for the attackers. [Momblano via @cirtnecj]

I guess that means no Zaniolo?

Are we really to believe pirlo has all this say in who comes and goes

If he is going to be here for the long haul, which is what it looks like from what I can see, then I believe that yes, he has more say in how things are constructed than previous coaches.

If they really do see him as a potential Zidane/Pep/Klopp type of guy, then they need to concede a little of that control. Let's be honest. IF the CL is their ultimate goal, then their current plan for the last 9 years of not giving the coach any say, has failed on numerous levels. It doesn't mean they can't change their way of thinking. Agnelli is certainly young enough to be able to adapt.
