I might think Dybala is being overrated especially by Bianconeri81 but there is no way I`d trade someone as talented as Dybala for Icardi who is just a good goalscorer and nothing more...
If you want a good goalscorer you can sell Dybala and take Jovic who will also cost less which means you get money on top of it and get a player who is probably as good as Icardi... (not suggesting selling Dybala)
I mean if you absolutely have to sell Dybala then it makes sense to go for a guy like Jovic instead of Icardi. Jovic would have double the value if his last name was Jovinho.

I havent seen enough of Jovic to pass judgement, but the few times I seen him he reminded me of Aguero. Anybody seen him on a regular basis?

Manolas isn't that good
Manolas is as good as Benatia +-
Both Manolas and Benatia are a very good alternative to Bonucci when he is injured/rotation and this is why I think 36M for Manolas is a very good deal
BTW Manolas is only 27...

That's a done deal? I'd rather go for Romero.
Btw. is/was Koulibaly ever an option?

I agree. I feel like he's the type of guy who would cost us a lot in an important CL match or something similar.
If he is we should do everything possible to get him - The guy is a pure beast!

As for De Ligt - Since he is actually an option we should go and beat Barcelona for his signature as he has the potential to be as good as Koulibaly and might even better - IMO he is the real deal!

Imo what we are getting with Manolas, is similar to that other former Roma player we've sold just recently. Grinta and occasional brainfarts. He's a cunt as well.

My bad. But wasn't there a rumored €40m clause for Zaniolo? @Mark
I guess not if now papers talk about 60M...

I've been saying this for mmonths now - Manolas is perfect solution for us. About his brainfarts - imo he does them but he also almost always delivers in big matches. He is also still young for CB and different to our other defenders he is actually really fast.
De Ligt is a dream, but seems that ship has already sailed.
Chiesa, Manolas and Ndombele and we are set.
But I do feel it will all come down to Dybalas departure, hate it but I won't be surprised. Probably means we get Icardi and Chiesa for his place in attack.
Hopefully we are able to secure Zaniolo...

You know what, something was up that Milan want to renegotiate the Bakayoko buyout conditions (35m). If there is no CL for them then they may have a problem with that price. You know what ? I would make a number like with Cancelo last summer and buy a Frenchman for 35-40 million. The guy reached very good level now, experienced in CL with Monaco, in Serie A with Milan. We miss someone like that. And, we could join Milan to the club of ,,satellite teams'' in which there are inter and Sassuolo :)

If the team doesn't get an upgrade in defense, we're f.ed, especially Chiello getting older means Bon getting more responsibility. IMO, Bon is not up to that.
Manolas doesn't strike me like someone that could carry that responsibility either - but might be wrong.

Other than Romero, that everyone says is good, I don't know who could be signed to improve the defense, or keep it at the same level. Would love if Rugani steps up his game untill the end of the season. The experience he's getting by playing with Chiello and Bon now is really gonna be a waste if we sell him.

Now that I think of it, we would be especially screwed, considering our LBs/RBs are defensively very mehh too (Canecelo, Mds...).
Also, Bakayoko, would be great I think.
