Where did you take this from?
Some things just dont make sense like Rugani - He is being mentioned at 35M so why should they pay 45M
Higuain - We wont get 60M for him...
I doubt we will get 25M for Benatia
Marchisio will probably be another free transfer
The arrival thing seems correct (at least numbers wise)

Anyway it seems good so its not going to happen..

It seems we'll be saving ~29M in wages thru those exits. Add Costa for a +3M in the arrival list and with a small stretch it could be done. It would be almost dope, but I doubt we'll go for quality.

If that's the case, I won't be surprised if Rugani rumours turn out to be true. We would need to balance the books somewhere after spending €40M on a RB I suppose
but then we'll need another CB. It never ends.

Shouldn't Costa transfer have been accounted for in the previous transfer budget
Man, a lot of these calculations are pure speculations, these guys just count it as 2+2=4 but its really not like that. Let's say they count installments as a full purchase, while it does not have a direct impact to the current transfer budget. Let's not forget we receive money all the time from past sales as much as we constantly paying money for past purchases and will pay constantly for future ones. It's hard to count when there is so little straight-up-cash-no-nonsense deals. That's like receiving a steady income from a flat you rent to someone and paying lease to the bank for a car you purchase. At least that's my view. It's more complex than what Xperd said

We do every transfer in installments. We are still paying for the transfers we've made in previous years so shouldnt that count in this year's budget too ?

Assembling a list this way atleast helps avoid the confusion and its less tedious for one.
