If he’s on the last year of his contract they’ll look to cash in on him IMO. And Tottenham are one of those clubs that like to keep their starting 11 very young (for the most part) so it wouldn’t shock me if they look to sell.

According to Transfermarkt, he's on his last year of contract and no mention of an additional year.

I would hope he's 10x the priority before Kovačić. That kid is overhyped as anyone I've ever seen.

We are in dire need of such a high quality player

For me he would be more like Tevez in the sense that we would get a complete player with a lot of experience, leader on the pitch, not afraid of anyone. Technically, physically, mentally impeccable. Injuries hampered his career but he's been awesome last 2-3 years for Tottenham.

He's one of those players coaches adore. No nonsense, super smart, just business on the pitch.

Before our matches with Tottenham I watched a lot of interviews from their players and every single one of them answered Dembele to the questions 'Who is the best player/teammate' and 'Who is unplayable/best technically'..and it showed in our matches.

nah he's technically very good, our midfield lacks a great deal technically, only pjanic and to an extent marchisio offer anything in that department in our mid

Moussa Dembele one of the best midfielders in Premier League. His stats were the last two seasons also insane, I think Tottenham won't sell him. Great player, can play as mezzala ofcourse
