    I'd love to see his passing closer to the opposing net though. Let the other guys win the balls and give it to him...he can then pass it to Dybala, DC, Pipita...

    Then you obviously don't know Dembele that well. The guy is an absolute stud. Barely loses any balls in possession, strong like a tank and has a very fluent passing game.

    The only problem is like @zizinho said; his best position became DM at Tottenham. Before he did play a more advanced position but he's too wasteful in front of goal. In a 4-3-2-1 he'd fit perfectly 'though, next to Pjanic and a box-to-box like Can.

    It's sad to see such a well known club disintegrate so rapidly. Liga nos is on a major decline with both sporting in turmoil and Porto in financial crisis.

    That said they are their 3 best players and I'd take all 3. Imagine the depth.

    Dembele was fantastic against us. Can-Pjanić-Dembele looks really good. A lot of strength, technique, dynamic midfield, I like it.

    Only thing I don't know where Mousa would fit in. He's mostly playing in Mire's position recently, although he did play higher up the pitch in the past...

    Dembele would be a great signing, he’s been an absolute beast for Tottenham over the last few seasons. Just a pity that he’s 31 already so isn’t exactly a long term signing, but he’s still a very good CM. He was monstrous against us in the first leg in of our CL game.

    If he’s on the last year of his contract they’ll look to cash in on him IMO. And Tottenham are one of those clubs that like to keep their starting 11 very young (for the most part) so it wouldn’t shock me if they look to sell.
